When we arrived at the exhibition venue, JunKoo and I were surprised by the number of paparazzi at the entrance. We stepped out of the car with an elegant smile, holding hands and posing for everyone.
Some asked if we were together, or even married, but we just smiled and tried to enter quickly without saying much.
Honestly, I hated it. Stopping, taking photos, giving interviews, forcing a smile... I hated it! But it was for a greater cause. This exhibition was simply the most important of my entire life, up to that point, so I would do my best to be seen positively, with JunKoo by my side, smiling in a way that seemed genuinely happy to be there with me.
"This is so strange," he whispered in my ear, still standing by my side, this time with his hand on my waist, posing for the photos.
