MARCO’S POINT OF VIEW

I arrived at the office with my employees gathered around, talking about something. Office gossiping is a very toxic behavior at work, so I decided to reprimand them.

“What are you doing?” I asked them, and they immediately went back to their corner.

No one answered me, so I asked them again. “What are you talking about?”

And then Miss Beth smiled at me; only she had the courage to tell me the gossip.

“Sir, it seems like Miss Marga moved to another company,” she said, and my brows immediately furrowed.

“Who told you that?’ I asked her.

“I didn’t know who saw her somewhere, but it has been circulating in the office since yesterday morning,” she said, “So she really resigned, Sir?” she even managed to ask me.

“Stop gossiping during office hours,” I said sternly, and Beth nodded.
