Chapter 3. Shocking News

"The latest news, famous CEO Abhimanyu Deandra seen making out with another woman!"

Brakk!Abi threw the television remote he was holding after turning off that one electronic machine. He ruffled his long hair in annoyance. After that, he leaned his back against the sofa. Trying to calm down.

The door to his room opened, revealing Hendri who entered with his face downcast. The boy bowed, saluting his master. Abi glared at the secretary as well as his right hand.

Hendri's words were cut off when the man received a sudden attack from Abi. His head looked up, with both hands tightly gripping his master's burly arm that was tugging hard at his collar. Making it hard to breathe.

Abi let go of his grip roughly. He turned his back on Hendri. With slow motions, he combed his messy hair with his fingers.

Abi immediately hung up the phone. He quickly walked out of the room. With hurried steps he headed for the elevator, pressed the button for the number one floor.Abi swore softly when he forgot Aurel for a moment because of the damn news. His right foot moved, tapping on the floor of the elevator he was on. There was no one else but himself there.

Abi's mind was at war with all the questions that filled his head. How is Aurel doing now? Will Aurel be angry with him? What if Aurel is consumed by the damn news?

The sound of the elevator brought Abi back to consciousness. The elevator door slowly opened. All the employees who saw their boss coming, immediately lowered their heads. "Are you okay, Mas? You haven't done anything strange, have you? Are you all right?"

"I'm worried," Abi corrected with a smile.

"What happened to you?" asked Abi. He was confused by his wife's strange behavior.

"I'm embarrassed," Aurel squeaked.

Abi frowned. However, when he realized that all of his employees were looking at him and Aurel, Abi chuckled softly. But a moment later she glared at the male employee working for her.

"Turn your eyes or I'm fired!"
