Kaelynn’s POV

I still can’t believe everything I’ve learned today. Yes, I know that knowing they’re vampires is already shocking to me, but this? I had no idea it would come to this.

I used to believe vampires were just myths and didn’t exist, but now I’ve met and lived with them. Worse yet, they have already killed people.

When did they begin doing this? When is their mother still alive? I still need to be strong, and I need to learn more about them.

Now that I know these facts, it seems that fate is really testing my patience, will, and endurance to deal with all of this and stay here.
