Kira's POV

I turned to the next page and read it. According to the story, they didn't end up together.

The girl was left behind, and the guy had already left. I frowned and closed the book. Is this really how the book I'm reading ends? It's as if I want to burn this book and find out who wrote it.

"Tsk, what an ugly ending," I muttered, standing up and putting on my apron before getting back to cooking.

Soon enough, my students would arrive and need to see the new dish and dessert they would be making.

"Okay, class! Let's get started," I said, disregarding the book that I had been reading for almost three weeks because of its thickness and, well, the ending was just so terrible, or let me say that I personally disliked tragic endings.

I want a happy ending okay.
