Chapter 20. A Slave

Celestina Villarama's POV

Soon after Ice had recovered thanks to Ace, we returned to the main topic of our conversation as Ace was redirected over to his own turf. "Can I give her the simplest punishment that’s available?" Ice questioned, his tone full of curiosity but also a hint of compassion.

Lucas shrugged his shoulders to imply that he didn’t care. "I believe that I don’t have to say the same thing twice, Ice," he said with a bored expression.

Ice gave me a short peek before he sighed. "Then…" His eyes were glistening, which made me feel like he was trying to converse with me through his mind. However, the mind link was completely impossible for the two of us. "Celestina Villarama, I hereby appoint you as one of my slaves until the contract is revoked as part of the punishment that Alpha Lucas aspires to," he declared while his right hand was raised.
