As soon as I heard Siege's statement, I felt like time had frozen. My eyes widened, and I haven't blinked for more than a minute already. I completely had no idea what he was talking about.

From the memories that I recovered, both of my parents were still alive. I even saw them when Celeste was playing mind games with me before, so I'm a hundred percent certain that my mother and my father were doing well at this point, even though I was no longer with them.
