I was still a little bit disappointed with the way that Beta Kristoffer was trying to hide his real feelings. I can sense how much he's stopping himself from declaring his love for Celestina, and that's one of the reasons why I hate him. He could just be honest with himself; there's no crime when it comes to loving someone anyway, not unless they force them to do something the opposite party dislikes.

As Lucas said, the full moon shone brightly on us. It felt like there was a spotlight that was specifically directed at us. "It's about to come. The beginning of an end. And the end of a beginning," I meaningfully said, referring to judgment day and the rising of the next portal.

Because of how much time I wasted talking with Beta Kristoffer, the thought that the Crimson Moon Pack's warriors were still chasing us slipped past my mind. It seems like everyone gathered outside the mansion and was just waiting for the right opportunity to strike
