I go up to him and grab his hand. "Yeah, let's go back to bed, sleepyhead," I say with a laugh as I shut the folding door to the backyard.

"I'm not a sleepyhead. It makes me so happy to hold you while I sleep. Just being with you makes me feel calm," he says as we go up the stairs and into his room.

Maximilian briefly opens his eyes and tells me to lie down on the bed. "Come here, Rosie," he says, his sleepy voice making me smile.

"I wasn't gone for long. Did you both miss me that much?" I ask as I climb into bed with Maximilian.

Sebastian quickly jumps on the bed after me and cuddles up next to me. "Yes, we did." He puts his hand under my big Maximilian shirt to wrap it around my stomach. "Now sleep, Firefly."

After that, Sebastian and Maximilian quickly fall back asleep, and I do the same a few seconds later.
