Chapter 10. Wrong Number

Leo: Diana. Saw you leave with Valenti at the wedding.

She stared at it. It was the first message from him since the morning he’d come back for the last box of his things.

Leo: Be careful with him. And pls don’t mention me to him. Like at all.

Wrong number. He had typed her name in the first message, in their old chat, under the photo of the two of them at the lake that she had never had the heart to delete.
