Chapter 20. Diego Gets a Kiss

Sara got a call from Nora around eight in the morning. Nora complained to her why she had to give a strange guy her number without her permission and of course, Sara laughed it off telling her she was doing her a favor. They quarreled for a few minutes before Nora gave her the full details of how she would start working with him soon although she wasn't sure it was a great idea. Sara assured her she was making the right decision.

"Dad, I am going over to see Nora," she told her father who was sitting on his chair with a newspaper in his hands.

"I thought you guys spoke a few minutes ago." her father asked not understanding why she still needs to go even though they spoke to each other.

Sara got closer to her dad and pecked his cheeks. "oh dad.." she hugged him from behind. "...she is my best friend and she just got herself a job, I need to be there to congratulate her although it was my idea."

"what about breakfast?"

"Come on dad, I am sure you can prep
