Chapter 7

She closed her mouth and enjoyed her glass of champagne without a further word.

When it was time to go back to work he led her back out to her car, holding her hand securely. At the car, he opened the door for her and guided her body to the seat. When he sat in the driver seat and sat down, perhaps it was the champagne, but she couldn’t resist asking him a question. “Is it going to be like this every day this week?”

“Yes.” He said, turning the ignition. “I will be spending every day this week working to keep you happy so that you feel safe submitting to me at night. That’s the lifestyle of a dominant. It’s how these relationships can work. Speaking of which, we need to arrange to get your things to my house. Since this is a trial, I’ll just rent you a car for the time being, but if you choose to stay with me beyond this week, we can go car shopping.”

She tried to keep her breathing under control as she forced back an argument. “Will the car be in your name?”
