I could see him mindlinking someone. I kept myself occupied while he went about his business. He smacked my hand away as I reached for the book.

It was finally time for me to feed Hannah. I dashed up to the nursery. She was fed, burped, and then put back to sleep. I returned to Viktor's office because Ezra was with the other kids. He was not present.
