Chapter 73. Grumpy Mornings

Jacob's POV

"Don't shout, Addison. You'll make me deaf." I grunted while holding my sensitive ears. She just rolled her eyes at me and threw her hoodie on the passenger seat. I raised my right brow at her.

"Luke kept on grumbling to Lia about the hoodie. Geez, at least listen to your wolf before running away!" She scolded with her hands on her waist. I tilted my head and called on to my wolf.

'Seriously?' It was the only word that could escape from me with how baffled I am.

'You wouldn't listen to me otherwise!!' He defended. He's partly right, but still..

'At least try before telling on to your grumpy mate!' I stated. Not to mention, she's especially touchy and sensitive today. 'You made me look like a bad being who doesn't even listen to his wolf!!"
