Because I had been unable to head home after spending the night at Chad’s, I had to repeat my outfit from the day before. We had both slept in his bedroom, and he had lent me one of his shirts after a hot sexual activity that I couldn’t stop thinking about. I was thankful for it because I loved how cozy being in his clothes made me feel.

I tried my best to focus on my immediate surroundings, waving off the distraction that pertained to Chad even though it was almost impossible to do so.
