Chapter 32

Third person's point of view.

"Ara!" Edward whispered yelled in a panicked voice when he saw Ara collapsing.

He was quick to catch her before she could hit the ground, he gently rested her head on his chest then leaned closer to listen if he can pick a heartbeat.

He breathe out in relief when he heard her heart beating very faintly.

"Holy shît" he breathe out. "That was a very close one".

He swooped her in his arms and turned to leave there quickly before Wymond comes out of the hut -but unfortunately, he wasn't fast enough.

A very deep and angry growl sounded from behind, which made his legs stayed glued on a spot, his shoulders tensed and he closed his eyes hoping the ground would open up and swallow him to evade Wymond's punishment.

He slowly turned around Ara was snatched from him and Wymond's hand went directly around his neck in a very tight grip.

He singlehandedly lifted Edward off his feet by his neck, making Edward's eyes ro
