“Indeed.”

His contemptible gaze looked me up and down before he reached down to grab the bag of money. He tossed it to a man behind me that I immediately recognized as his associate named Mikey. His face was a bit bruised and roughed up, but not beyond recognition. He barely even glanced at me before opening the bag and stacking the money up on the counter.

“Count it,” the leader demanded.

By the time he was done he had a nice pyramid stack, and he began counting it. I tried hard not to shift impatiently as we waited, but it was not an easy task.

“Hello, senorita,” whispered the man, behind me breaking my concentration.

His foul-smelling breath washed over me and threatened to choke me.

“We should go into the back and get to know each other better, sí?” he asked in a lewd voice.

He pressed his hips against my back, and I could feel the dreaded tiny erection poking against me. He rubbed it against me, and I wondered, humorlessly, if he would
