Chapter 61

Aiden Blue is about to drop off his application letter at one of the city’s businesses when he observes a car tailing him.

It’s the same automobile he noticed following him a few weeks ago but ignored it, thinking it was one of those who chase after rich kids to steal things from them.

He stood there, waiting for August to arrive at the location he had selected.

They had planned to go out for a drink at their usual drinking place, but August was running late.

He remained to gaze in the direction of the car, but no one emerged. He assumed it was one of the caretakers’ relatives who was following and assisting in their relative’s investigation, but what he didn’t understand is why they were following him.

August drew the attention of everyone in the vicinity in his favorite red automobile as he arrived at the meeting place.

Aiden climbed into August’s car and drove away; the drive wasn’t long, and the two men didn’t have anything to chat about.
