Chapter 128

Uche started towards us without any ice cream in hand. I guess he thought I needed help getting rid of Liam and decided to come over even without the ice cream he had left for me.

He joined us, circled his left arm around my waist, and used his right hand to bring my face to his. Then, he kissed me. An unintentional moan slipped through my lips even if I knew he was trying to let Will know I was his.

"Hi," He looked at Liam like he was only just realizing his presence. "You are?"

"Liam," Liam answered to my surprise. Confident guy, I guess. It was pretty interesting that he wasn't intimidated by Uche's presence like other boys.

"Well, hi Liam. I'm Uche, Julie's boyfriend."

"Yeah, she uh...she mentioned..." Liam turned his attention away from Uche and smiled at me."It was nice talking," he winked at me weirdly before walking away.

I let my eyes wander off with him till he left the park, then I looked back at Uche. He was staring at me.
