"We’ve heard that the meteorite crash site harbors an immense source of energy. Harnessing it through focused cultivation would expedite our leveling up—almost doubling the usual rate." came the response.

Hubert nodded without speaking, for the information was hardly a revelation to him. Surrounded by hordes of zombies, leveling up was not an insurmountable task. The youthful duo continued:

"Surely you must be aware of this? Eliminating him could dismantle the entire zombie network."

"Him? Who are you talking about?"

"Who else but the Zombie King? Slaying him is the ultimate objective, isn’t it?"

Hubert momentarily looked somber, poised to move toward the duo, but Canis restrained him. With a shake of his head, Canis seemed to caution him against impulsive actions.
