Chapter 81. Breaking News

Aryan's pov

I stood to my feet, squeezing the paper into a tiny ball. "Damit!" I uttered and hissed. I walked toward my bathroom door, and I immersed my body into the water in the bathtub that the maid prepared for me immediately after I arrived at the mansion. I needed a warm bath and a drink with Kent.

Ring

The beeping sound of my phone interrupted my peaceful moment. "Who the hell could this me?" I uttered and immediately stood to my feet after imagining that it could be Roseanne.

I jumped out of the bathtub and dragged a towel from the rod where my towels were kept. I quickly wrapped it around my waist and hurried out of the bathroom, thinking that it was Roseanne who gave me the call.

As I checked the screen of my phone and saw the caller ID, my jaw dropped, seeing that it was Kent. I honestly thought that Roseanne was the one who called. 

"What's up!" I abruptly answered the call.
