Chapter 61. The Bankers

Vanessa knocked on Andrew's office door that afternoon. She entered when he invited her and said, "Sir, Mr. Garret and Mr. Michael are already waiting outside."

Andrew stopped all his activities on the laptop and replied, "Please let them in."

Vanessa nodded and left Andrew's office. A few moments later, two young men Andrew had met before entered the room. He recognized them as Garret and Michael. About a week ago, he had met with them and requested a change in the financing structure of one hundred million for the mall renovation. Andrew was pleased that the bank had acted swiftly on his request.

"How are you, Mr. Garret? How was your flight?" Andrew shook hands firmly with the tall young man.

"Good. The weather was nice, so our flight went smoothly," Garret replied, exchanging pleasantries.

"How are you, Mr. Michael?" Andrew turned to the young man wearing a gray sweater with a comb-over haircut and a humorous expression.
