Chapter 72. Goodbye

Andrew tried to keep himself busy in the library, focusing on any task at hand, even though his heart and mind were betraying him. In truth, his heart and mind couldn't stop thinking about two things: Emma and Little Star. Oh, Lord, Andrew missed them both so much. It had been a week since he had decided to sleep in the library and avoid any form of contact with Emma. He was afraid of losing control again like he did last week when he faced the woman.
