“I think we should call it a night, I’d like to get home before Ethan does, so he doesn’t worry I’ve been kidnapped or something,” I suggested after we finished dinner.
“Sure, I’ll drop you off at home, so he doesn’t have my head for keeping his precious pregnant wife out this late.”
“Today was much better than I had planned, thank you for coming along with me, I’ve had so much fun and so much food,” I said, giving his cheeks a light peck, and we headed for his car.
