Chapter 25. Fear of the Truth
Sometimes there is something with lies and how they grow so much bigger over time. You could tell one lie and then another and the next thing you know it will grow out of hand. That is most likely the situation here we have to wait and find out.
She woke up sweaty and tears filled her pillow, she woke up from a bad dream of a masked man chasing her. There was this sense of Deja Vu all over again. She just could not figure out what it was but she was so bothered by it that she put her hands to her head and tried as she might she could not find out the real reason.
She was woken out of her reverie by someone knocking on the door. Thank heavens she thought it was already the day of truth and reckoning. "One second." As she proceeded to get her bathrobe, there was a commotion outside. She was hesitant at first but she dared herself to check what was happening.
