Chapter 37. Die Trying

The Meeting room was a large building just beside the Pack house, where the Alpha, elders of the Pack and every other important person usually gathered when someone needed to be tabled.

Ethan and Eleanor walked in, and saw that everyone else was already present. Alpha Killian sat at the head table, and to his right were the three elders of the Pack, and to his left was Astrid, the Luna of the Pack and his life. Standing beside the Alpha were two large warriors, their expressions hard.

Quietly, they lowered their heads and slipped onto the empty seats next to Astrid .

“Since everyone is here, let the meeting begin,” Alpha Killian said, pulling up to his feet. Usually, he always looked like he was angry but today his jaws were fully clenched and he looked ready to rip the whole world into two.
