Chapter 56. Join Me in Bed

Drake’s POV

The surprised look on her face was priceless and won’t lie and say that the word coming out of my mouth didn’t feel good, because it totally did. Lynn, my girlfriend. Yeah that had a nice little ring to it.

“Girlfriend? I didn’t know… You had a girlfriend,” She stuttered nervously. “It’s a new development but yes, I have a girlfriend.” I stepped off the stage and headed for my dressing room, hoping she would get the hint that I was done here but she just kept following me.

“And she is okay with the line of your work?” She asked. I instantly flinched at her words, thankful that she didn’t see it. Lynn doesn’t know who am I, what I do but I hope she sticks around after I tell her. I know it’s a lot to expect from someone, but I don’t want to lose her.

I would literally quit on spot if that’s what would make Lynn happy. As long as she fucking stays.

“Yep, she is totally cool with it,” I lied still pushing forward to my dressing room.
