Chapter 84. Watch a Movie Together

Drake’s POV

“Drake, don’t ever keep any secret from Lynn. You did the right thing by telling her the truth earlier. Now go to Seattle, meet her parents and keep the girl forever.” She patted my cheek.

“I love you D,” Dakota spoke with a smile on her face.

“Love you too Dakota,” I retorted.

With a smile she sauntered off and I went upstairs to take a shower and start packing for my weekend away with Lynn. My nerves were all over the place. I was terrified to meet her parents because if I lost their approval, I would be probably losing Lynn.

She told me that Jason once alienated her from her family and I would never do that to her. But if her parents didn’t like me it would be the same thing. She would be forced to choose between me and them and I would never let her make the wrong decision again.

She needed her parents, I just hope they like me.

When I got out of the shower, my phone had a new text message. It was from Lynn.<
