Chapter 38. Epilogue

Two years later...

Louise's POV

"Mom...she loves you, you're going to be great and dad will be home in a couple of hours. I need to do this for Allen, it's his birthday and I wanted to tell him about the other news." I winked at her, making her face brighten up knowingly.

"Just call Cherise if you're having any issues. She loves Hannah, and that kid would stop crying every time she sings to her. She's like the Hannah whisperer. Not like she would give you any trouble, but just in case." I hugged my mom goodbye, then kissed my little sleeping beauty.

Hannah was still napping in her crib, she has her own room with both of her grandparents. She was a spoiled little princess and a darling to everyone except Winston. Her attitude towards Winston always makes me laugh.

Minutes later I was in the car, heading to his beachside workshop. A year after his surfing accident, he talked to me about opening up a surfing apparel brand under
