Chapter 27. Brandon, David & Jason

"Hey, wait up..."

Brandon was calling me when I decided to walk before him as he was greeting his friends. I have never been that social with large crowds. It was Thursday, and he had been pushing me to mingle with his crowd since the beginning of the week.

"Claire, why the hurry? I want them to get to know you better."

"I don't do crowds." He knew, I told him many times already.

"Right..." he looked upset but, took my hand in his and walked by my side.

"...let's just get to class. We're going to be late, and you're going to be called into Professor Miles' office again. I swear that guy has a thing for you."
