Xavier went upstairs to check on Jessica and she was already awake sitting upright on the bed looking around. He rushed go her side and touched her hair gently. 

"How do you feel?" he asked and she looked up at him and blinked multiple times. 

"I think I do feel better," she said. 

He took his hand off her head and walked to where her leg rested. He touched it as if he was afraid it would wake up a giant monster if he was not careful. 

"How does this feel?" he asked pressing on her ankle gently. 

She tried to hide the pain she felt by digusining it with a yawn. "That hurt didn't it?" he asked and she nodded. 

"I told you that we should not leave the hospital until you felt better but you assured me you were doing better already. What are we going to do about this sprain?" he ranted in questions.
