"What?" Marcus asked with a slight stammer that portrayed his confusion. 

Was there anything wrong in addressing her by her first name? He wanted to be a part of her life and he knew that calling her on a first name basis would make them seem close to each other. 

"Why did you call my wife by her first name?" Xavier repeated. 

Jessica tugged at Xavier's hand. She has no problems with him addressing her with her first name. It was her name after all.
