Chapter 15

The driver drove out of the Southside but didn't go home. He took a turn and headed into the countryside. It was getting late and the breeze was cool and refreshing.

"Where are we going?" Lilian asked.

"Not a shooting range," was Damian's reply. Lilian pouted and said nothing more. They kept driving until they reached a beautiful fenced compound. They stepped out and Damian brought out a key and opened the gate. As they walked inside, Lilian's mouth opened wide. The garden was a magnificent sight. She had never seen anything so perfect and beautiful. The driver walked up to Damian's and handed him a blanket.

Were they going to have a picnic? But they didn't pack any food or drinks. What kind of picnic was this?
