Chapter 69. I'm Going After Him

Lana's POV

I yelled, throwing away everything I could see, which was a little since my apartment was dark because I had yet to turn on the light.

But then I paused looking straight at nothing. I felt as if I was being watched like someone else was in the room.

I backed away slowly, shifting towards the light switch. I switched it up and gasped in surprise at what I saw.

"Holy shit!"

David was seated on my couch with his legs crossed and a scary-looking smirk on his face.

"What are you doing here?" I shouted, holding my chest to calm my extremely fast-beating heart.

No, the real question I ought to ask was, how the fuck did he get here.

I looked towards the door and then whipped my head back to look at David. The door was locked when I got in, then how the hell did he get in?

"Already agitated I see..." David said with a smirk standing up from the couch and walking towards me menacingly.

I gulped taking a step back.
