The dormitory library area has several sections of rooms that can be used by all students. One, the book reading room. Of course, in this room, students are allowed to read or borrow the thousands of books stored in the library. However, dormitory students are prohibited from talking while sitting and using the room so as not to disturb the concentration of other students. This rule is the same as in other public libraries.
