I stood in the center of my old room, half bent over the edge of the bed as I zipped up a small bag with a few of Isla’s extra things and one of my sweaters I’d somehow forgotten.
Well, technically I didn’t really think that it was an issue considering the room was simply down the hall, but I still wanted them to be around. It would be a lot easier to have them in the closet or in nursery without the need of picking them up when I wanted them or having to have a maid bring them for me.
It wasn’t much, just small pieces I still hadn’t moved to Damon’s suite. My suite now, I supposed, though I hadn’t fully wrapped my mind around the idea of calling it that. Though he wanted me to call it that, He had addressed it as our suite a few times. I just couldn’t bring myself to call it God. I couldn’t bring myself to say it out loud.
