Chapter 85. The Metal Chair
[ALPHA EDISON’s Point-of-View]
I pulled the hands of the guard away from my arm and he immediately released me with his eyes, trying to avoid my deadly stare.
“Don’t touch me,” I yanked my arm away from him and snarled at him in a low, threatening voice, and he lowered his head in fear.
“I apologize, your Highness; I am just following order.” He whispered in a trembling voice and I just sighed as he put his hand again on my arm. I didn’t refuse this time, not wanting the poor guard pee in his pants, scared to death that I might tear him to pieces any time I wanted to.
“Where are you taking me? Are they not satisfied with all those funny charges they accused me of?” I snorted bitterly, the muscles in my body flexing as I thought of Ralph’s face.
