Thankfully, I decided to leave one extra horse in this place because it would be impossible for Gram to run at his full speed if it was both me and Edison whom he had to carry on his back. Edison didn't give one last look at Richard's grave. The sight must be torture to him after losing someone who served like family to him. And I understand that kind of pain after losing three important people in my life because of Ralph and his psychopath wife, who was now a prisoner in one of the dungeons in Jonas's palace.
There was a part of me that wished I just killed her right in that forest but I would never stoop down to her level. I was not that kind of person. Besides, I knew she was suffering enough in that place because death was way too easy for her to escape from all the evil things she did to me and my family. I just wonder what happened to Jonas.
He told us the place was safe but we were tracked too easily in just a few hours. We were desperate to look for a safer place
