Claire's POV

"Why are you going to help me? You don't know me, so what would you get out of it?" I answered, sneering. Something wasn't right about this whole thing.

"You're right, smart girl. Alpha Hunter is a monster, and he doesn't deserve a beautiful girl like you. I don't know you, but I want to help you. He smiled seductively and looked all over my body with his eyes before saying, "In exchange, I need you to get me a very important item."

I laughed. "Important, right? What is this important thing, and why can't you get it yourself?"
