Chapter 17. Savannah Stone

Liam’s POV

“I’m sorry Savannah,” I paused, my eyes on her. How was she Celeste’s sister? They were so different in their personalities. This woman appeared cold and cruel from what I had seen so far “I don’t understand what’s going on here.”

Savannah smirked, pulling her cream jacket off and tossed it on the sofa. Barely a dress on her body, its strapless shape as the fabric was struggling to contain her large breasts. But my gaze remained on her eyes.

“I came here from my brothers request, Nathaniel,” she spoke as she ran her hands up my arm, I could tell she was enjoying my muscular tone from beneath my white shirt “He wanted me to convince Celeste to come back home with us,” she paused, chewing on her lip gently as her eyes bore into mine “He’s stupidly over protective of Celeste, surely he knows she’s a grown woman and can take care of herself. Make her own decisions, even if they are short sighted. I came here for a very different reason.”
