Chapter 73

Tristan pressed the elevator button, looking away as he waited for it to open. It took some time because it seemed someone was inside. After a while, he heard a soft “ ding” sound indicating the door had finally opened. Tristan slowly raised his eyes which had been fixed on the ground before him, looking up to see the person who was exiting the elevator. His eyes opened wide in shock as he saw the least person he was expecting to see in this place.

“ Tristan?” The voice called out in surprise coming out to meet him.

“ Oh wow, Elliot you’re here?” He asked shaking the man who had extended his hands for a handshake. The two men laughed out loud, shaking each other heartily.

“ You fucking man” The man named Elliot chuckled shaking Tristan’s hands vigorously “ It’s really you. How have you been man?”

“ I’m good. What a huge surprise, I never thought I’d see you ever again after all these time. It’s been quite a while” Tristan laughed with his old buddy, Elliot.<
