Haven didn’t know for how long she had been standing there, her hands gripping tightly on the window railing. She clutched onto it as if her life depended on it, her white knuckles had started to hurt now due to all the pressure.

She had no idea how much time had passed since she stood there, it was already getting dark by now . She hadn’t moved one bit since Mika and Tristan had left earlier. All Haven could do was just stand there watching with tears in her eyes as Tristan held Mika and led her to the car.
