Elsie POV

I sat behind the wheels, staring at the towering building of the organization’s headquarters that loomed ahead.

After so much effort, I was finally able to get Amber off my back and shake off the men Alex sent to watch me.

When I found out, I pretended like I was fine on the outside but my insides were burning with rage.

Alex said he would take care of Antonio but I was done letting him fight my battles.

This was mine and I would fight it with every strength I’ve got, even if it killed me.

I had no plan. All I wanted to do was find Antonio, ask him why he would do something so cruel and plant a bullet in his skull.

The headquarters was a fortress with almost seven hundred guards so I had to go the hard way.
