Chapter 29. Is Wanting My Mate Weird?
Olivia’s POV
I woke up full of energy. I had waited the entire week, and today was finally the day that I was starting college.
Excitement buzzed in my veins as I jumped out of bed and rushed to my wardrobe. I had spent hours debating what to wear, wanting to strike the perfect balance between stylish and comfortable. After much deliberation, I finally settled on a simple dress and twirled in the mirror to check it out one final time. It was perfect.
With a satisfied smile, I grabbed my bag and headed downstairs to the dining table. The house was unusually quiet this morning, except for the faint clinking of silverware against porcelain. When I stepped into the dining room, my mood instantly soured.
