Tamar scanned her environs quickly; she saw a spot that was dense with bush; it would be a perfect hiding spot for the snake. She wasted no time in hiding the snake there; she then turned to Arielle whose face was marred with confusion and said, “Guard it with your life then we can discuss hunting, I shall be back soon.”
Arielle did not have a chance to question this directive as Tamar had already sped off into oblivion and she was left by herself again.
Tamar had left the bushy surroundings of the pond to go back into town for a big bag or anything that she could use to carry her precious snake into town without coming off as suspicious.
