Chapter 107

Mirabelle’s POV

The party began approximately one hour ago but I haven’t seen the sight of Adrian or Santiago. Camilla invited Tiana but she couldn’t come, she said she was going somewhere for a while. Maybe that’s why Camilia is drinking so much, she’s been here for barely thirty minutes but she’s had more to drink than most people. Molly being the dumb she is, is helping her increase the count of drinks she takes tonight. If my count is correct, she’s past five drinks now.

Molly gives Camilla her phone to take pictures of her, I slant in my seat next to Camilla as she takes Molly’s pictures.

Camilla pauses, dropping Molly’s phone into her lap as her gaze shifts to the entryway of our section. Adrian and Santiago are here, they’re dressed in the same clothes as they were when they left this morning. “Hey Santiago.” She grins, ignoring Adrian’s presence.

Adrian’s expression goes from despair to awe in the shortest interval. Santiago and him share a look befor
