Arielle’s POV

I was surprised when Adrian stepped foot here and even more shocked when he asked my father-in-law for Camilla’s hand in marriage.

I was so happy I wanted to run and tell right then but I can’t tell him because it’s a surprise wedding. I’ve heard of surprise engagement parties but weddings not really. I have been ignoring Camilla’s calls because I know I’ll blab to her about Adrian’s plan. Adrian hired Camilla’s 2 favorite planners.

He gave everyone something to be in charge of. I’m in charge of guests and catering. I mailed out the wedding invites; they’re beautiful. Camilla designed them herself when I was planning my wedding years ago. Ashanti & Tamina are in charge of decor. Mirabelle is arranging the church ceremony entirely by herself. Santiago is handling the bar. King is handling some details of the ceremony.
