Adrian’s POV

Santiago runs his hand over his face, “I don’t care what you did to this boy, why did you have to do it in front of her.”

“First of all, it is not my fault she’s a weakling, second, you brought her here not me and how did I realize she was there?” I snort.

“Don’t shit me Adrian, I know you can smell her from miles away and you know Ryan said she’s never seen even a chicken get killed and you just ripped a man’s head off in front of her! You literally beheaded someone right there when she was watching do you know what you could do to her?” He sneer’s.

I take a short pause and sigh, “I still don’t see how this is a problem.” I tell him, because honestly I don’t, I can’t pretend to be a saint for her.

“You probably traumatized her; she’s scared of you.”

His response has me grinning, “Good, then she’ll stay away.”

“That’s your mate, how can you not care at all?”

“Who said I..err because I don’t.” I argue.
