Chapter 24. We Are One
Third-person POV
Rofus had already lit a couple of cigarettes and finished them, but despite his best attempts, he was having difficulties falling asleep and couldn’t get comfortable enough to do so. The birds that sing in the morning have already started generating a lot of noise, and Rofus is aware that the dawn of a new morning is drawing closer.
He was currently having significant levels of contemplation while brooding over everything in a dimly lit workplace, where he was currently located. With the help of the dim light that is emanating from the light that is attached to the side of his table, he will be able to see everything that is happening in the entire room.
Even if Rofus has consumed several cans of beer, his body does not exhibit any indicators that it is preparing to relax and rest as a consequence of this.
