Chapter 22. He Wants Our Baby?

Bella’s POV

I tried to stay strong when he was still in the room but the moment he left, my body shuddered and my knees grew weak.

I had tried my best for the past three years to not have anything to do with Devon. After he sent me away cruelly back then, the pain and the humiliation hurt me so bad that nothing else mattered to me anymore until I found out I was carrying his baby.

Knowing that I decided to keep my pregnancy a secret and stay very far away from him as I knew he wouldn't want the child. Someone that hated me so much, he even hated our first time together, I knew there was no way he would accept our child.

When the child grew up and I saw the resemblance, my heart only ached more. If there was one thing Alpha hated the most, it was their child staying away from them.
